The activities are all easy to do and designed to take between 1-10 minutes. It is hard to remember to do them every day so you can set a reminder to let HAPPINESS HABITS begin...Choose a new activity each day or choose to do the same one for a week. It's up to you. Once a week for 2 months, a new list will appear. After 2 months, continue the ones that give you the biggest 'boost' and positivity will be your new habit!
